the hotel's location is convenient, especially its proximity to termini station. the staff was very helpful and readily available, which i appreciated. my double room was clean and reasonably sized (suited me perfectly).

The elevator was quite small. It could be challenging with larger luggage.

the lobby offered complimentary wifi, a feature i found very useful for planning my daily itineraries. there was also a small breakfast area, with vending machines available for late-night snacks and drinks. these were practical conveniences.

high humiditymold presence

i found the humidity in the room to be quite high. we noticed wet windows each morning. there was a noticeable smell of dampness upon entering. unfortunately, some mold was present on parts of the wall (i found it a bit unsettling).
